We see patients by appointment only.
You may use E-mail as an alternative to
telephoning to request appointments.
E-mail requests are normally responded to within one working day.
Requests by E-mail are
ideal for afterhours or if we are unable to take your call in the clinic for non-urgent arrangements.
We would like to remind
you that information sent by email is not secure. Therefore, be advised to refrain from sending sensitive information by E-mail.
Let
us know of your preferred appointment date and time and we will confirm your request or offer alternatives. Refer to "APPOINTMENT

Our normal appointment hours are
M-F 9:00 - 6:30
Sat: 9:00-12:30
Closed on holidays.
(exceptions can be made based on patient
limitations).
Appointment requests can be made at 30 or 15-minute intervals depending on your needs. A typical appointment
lasts one hour. First appointments may last 60-90 minutes depending on the consultation and treatment requirements.
